The primary objective of Reside is to sell property and stimulate new instructions. Reside also supports the broader Sotheby's brand through its design and editorial style – inviting, discreet, savvy and refined – ultimately linked to the visual style of Preview. This goal is reinforced by incorporating relevant links to Sotheby's auction activity, which reflects the fact that readers of Reside may not be collectors.
